The cardboard shipping boxes we create for our clients are all made from recycled materials. Our white boxes are all between 30-70% post-consumer waste, and our brown kraft boxes are 60% to 95% post-consumer waste. This means fewer trees need be cut down just for some boxes, and it keeps old boxes and other materials out of our landfills.
But just as important as where they come from is where they go. All our boxes are 100% recyclable. That means there’s no need to put our products into a landfill. Ever.
We are honored to say we’ve been certified by both the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC). The SFI is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and regrowth of forests worldwide. Their certification recognizes indigenous people’s rights as well as environmental values like wildlife habitats and social and economic values. The FSC is committed to socially beneficial sustainability and economically viable management of the world’s forests. Certification as a responsible and sustainable business from these two highly-respected organizations means a lot to us.
